Shipping Policy
Shipping Method
We currently ship within the United States only using USPS.
Estimated shipping times (after 1–2 business day processing):
Standard Shipping
- 5–8 business days
- Free on orders of $1,000 or more
Express Shipping
- 1–2 business days
Shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed and are not guaranteed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any apartment, suite, or unit numbers, before placing your order.
Curated Label is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building's mailroom.
- Contact your local USPS office for assistance.
- File a claim directly with USPS if applicable.
Curated Label is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by USPS.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
