Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Curated Label, we specialize in carefully curated pre-owned designer pieces and vintage fashion. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or buyer's remorse.

Final Sale Policy

All items sold by Curated Label are final sale.

Each item is individually inspected, photographed, and described to accurately represent its condition. Because most of our inventory is pre-owned or vintage, natural signs of wear consistent with age and prior use may be present.

We encourage you to carefully review all photos, measurements, descriptions, and condition notes before making a purchase.

Condition of Items

We strive to describe every item as accurately and honestly as possible. However, assessments of condition are based on our professional opinion and may vary from person to person.

If you have any questions regarding an item's condition, measurements, or additional details, please contact us before placing your order. We're happy to provide additional photos or answer any questions whenever possible.

Authenticity

We stand behind the authenticity of every pre-owned designer item we sell.

Select items, particularly higher-value pieces, are independently authenticated through trusted third-party authentication services such as LegitApp and may include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

If an item purchased from Curated Label is verified to be inauthentic by a qualified professional authentication service, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation. After review and verification, we will gladly accept the return and issue a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Agreement to These Terms

By purchasing from Curated Label online or in person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale, including our Final Sale Policy.
