Authenticity Guarantee
At Curated Label, authenticity is our highest priority.
We guarantee that every pre-owned designer item we sell is authentic. Each item undergoes a thorough internal inspection before being offered for sale.
Select items, including higher-value pieces, are independently authenticated by trusted third-party authentication services, such as LegitApp, and include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
Our goal is to provide complete transparency and confidence with every purchase.
If You Have Authenticity Concerns
If you believe an item purchased from Curated Label is not authentic, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide supporting documentation from a qualified professional authentication service.
If, after review, the item is verified to be inauthentic, we will:
- Accept the return of the item.
- Issue a full refund of the purchase price.
- Refund the original shipping cost (if applicable).
Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
